3、直顶式液压升降平台液压泵站系统的电磁阀可适当调节速度,如果已经调节到最大了,尝试检查液压升降平台的液压油是否充足,油缸是否漏油等,如果都没有问题,速度还是慢,建议更换更大的泵站系统。
4、直顶式液压升降平台应符合中华人民共和国机械行业标准JB/T9229.1、JB/T9229.2、 JB/T9229.3,液压升降平台一般分直顶式液压升降平台、剪叉式液压升降平台、四柱式液压升降平台等。工作环境温度-15-+40℃,一般要求工作台上升速度应为6-9m/min,下降速度应不大于6m/min. 升降台类型不同计算方式稍有区别;升降机速度的计算:升降速度等于升降高度/(油缸的体积/泵站排量)。

If it has already been adjusted to the maximum, try to check whether the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic lifting platform is sufficient, whether the oil cylinder leaks, etc. If there are no problems and the speed is still slow, it is recommended to replace it with a larger pump station system.
